After college, with a degree in Business Administration, I serve in the US Army for over 22 years retiring in 1987 achieving the rank of Major. Upon retirement I entered into the Real Estate Business in Florida and have continued to assist buyers and sellers in Florida for over the past 20 years. During this time I developed a very successful business being listed numerous times as Top Producer. After all these years I have finally learned that in direct sales, insurance sales, real estate, car sales etc you are paid one time for your efforts. Every day you start at zero and you have to make a sale or make a sales quota. For many professionals this can be one never ending giant rat race. Even if you are a cardiac surgeon, you have to perform surgeries every week, your income can dramatically drop, or for some they simply can go out of business.
